Senior and disabled housing provides housing for people over the age of 62 and disabled adults. Properties for senior and disabled residents feature comfortable apartments and gated parking.
Community rooms provide an area for residents to participate in activities such as bingo, cards or exercise classes that allow residents to stay active and socialize.
How quickly can I move into an elderly/disabled property?
THERE IS CURRENTLY A SHORTER-THAN-NORMAL WAIT FOR ELDERLY AND DISABLED HOUSING. Those interested are encouraged to apply as there is an immediate need to fill vacant efficiencies, one and two
bedroom units.
Where are housing units located?

Cliff Manor, Lakeland Manor and Park Manor.
How big are the units?
Units range in size from efficiencies (0 bedrooms with living area, kitchen and bath) to two bedroom units.
How much is rent?
Rent is based on income. Tenants receive a utility allowance based on a formula from HUD.

There are several benefits. Properties are mid- and high-rise buildings with elevators for easy mobility. They have common areas for planned social activities and resident leader groups. The
