Explanation of Hiring Process

Applicants must complete an application for employment as well as a criminal history investigation and the applicant data record form.

All three documents may be:

   • Delivered in person to the Human Resources department at 3939 N. Hampton Rd., Suite 150, Dallas, Texas 75212

   • Faxed to 214-951-1962

   • Mailed to the above address.

Resumes may be attached to completed job applications. All pre-employment forms listed above must be received before the job closing date.

NOTE: DHA office hours are extended from May 29 - Sept 2 from 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday - Thursday, closing at noon on Fridays.
