REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS
The Housing Authority of the City of Dallas, Texas (DHA) invites qualified Architectural/Engineering (A/E) firms to provide A/E services to design and develop plans and specifications for a Multifamily Housing Development at Cedar Glen Site. The site covers approximately 21.096 acres of land located at 2906 E. Kiest Blvd., Dallas, Texas 75216. Qualifications/Proposals will be received until 3:00 p.m., Thursday, July 24, 2008 at DHA?s Central Office, Development Department, 3939 N. Hampton Road, Dallas, Texas 75212.
Qualification/Proposal submission documents are on file and may be acquired at DHA?s Central Office, Development Department, 3939 N. Hampton Road, Dallas, Texas 75212, beginning on Tuesday, July 1, 2008. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday.
